Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SBGeeks services — including our website, dashboard, or any account features — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of SBGeeks.
2. Description of Services
SBGeeks provides Google Business Profile (GBP) management, Local SEO optimization, citation building, review management, and related digital marketing services. Registered users may access a personal dashboard to track audits and manage service requests. The specific scope of services for each client is defined in the individual Service Order or Proposal agreed to upon engagement. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration & Authentication
You may create a SBGeeks account using your email address and password, or by using "Sign in with Google" (Google OAuth 2.0). When you register via Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google and use them to create and authenticate your account. No Google password is stored by SBGeeks. Accounts created through Google Sign-In are subject to these Terms in full and are also governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. To delete a Google-linked account, contact [email protected] — we will remove your account data including any stored Google identifier and profile picture.
4. Billing & Payment
All plans are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due upon receipt. Payments are processed via credit card or bank transfer. SBGeeks reserves the right to suspend services for accounts more than 10 days past due. Annual prepay plans receive a 10% discount and are non-refundable after the first 30 days.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Monthly plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice to [email protected]. You will not be charged for the period after your cancellation date. SBGeeks offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time clients on monthly plans. If you do not see measurable improvements in your GBP reach within 30 days, we will refund your first month's payment in full. One-time audit fees and annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information and granting SBGeeks the necessary access to manage your Google Business Profile. You agree not to take actions that conflict with our management strategy without prior discussion. You are responsible for ensuring your business information (hours, address, phone) remains accurate and up to date.
7. Intellectual Property
All reporting templates, methodologies, and proprietary processes developed by SBGeeks remain the intellectual property of SBGeeks. Content created for your business (posts, descriptions, responses) becomes your property upon full payment. You grant SBGeeks permission to access and modify your Google Business Profile, citations, and related platforms on your behalf.
8. Limitation of Liability
SBGeeks does not guarantee specific ranking positions or a fixed number of leads. Local search rankings are influenced by factors outside our control including Google algorithm changes, competitor actions, and geographic shifts. SBGeeks's total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice of material changes via email to the address on your account. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
